Do you accept any type of gold or jewelry?
Yes, we accept every type of gold (24K, 22K, 18K, 14K, 9K) and all types of jewelry, even worn or broken.
What information do you need to make the estimate?
We need the type of jewelry, the carats, the weight and, if possible, clear photos of the jewelry.
Is the price based on weight or also on aesthetics/design?
If the jewelry is branded or contains precious stones, the price is also based on the design. If it is old or worn, the estimate is mainly based on weight and carats.
Do I need to know the carat weight of jewelry?
No, it is not necessary. Our appraisers will determine these for you and explain the appraisal process step by step.
Do you also appreciate damaged or old jewelry?
